  • McDonald’s across the U.K. and Ireland have been closed for the last few weeks, and fans of the fast-food restaurant have taken to social media to show their sadness. McDonald's has responded by sharing the recipe for its Sausage McMuffin in hopes of cheering people up. • Eleven Madison Park, a three Michelin Star restaurant in NYC, is feeding healthcare workers and New Yorkers in need during the coronavirus pandemic. The restaurant announced last week that it would be converting its high-end space into a soup kitchen for ReThink, a nonprofit known for making ready-to-eat meals out of what would be wasted grocery store food. The hope is that they will be able to provide 1,000-3,000 meals per day.
