Approval Options
We offer three options for advanced prop and real-time approval
Advanced Prop Approval
Receive images of our prop closet for you to approve in advance of the shoot. Only approved props will be used in the styling of your assets.
$250 flat rate
Image Approval
Receive a text or email of images as they’re being shot for approval. Feedback for each shot must be received within 15 minutes. The clock begins when the shot is sent for approval and ends when the respective shot is approved. Shots will be unedited.
$100 per hour
Setup Approval
Receive a text or email of setups before we begin shooting. Feedback for each setup must be received within 15 minutes. The clock begins when a setup is sent for approval and ends when each setup is approved, then restarts again when next setup is sent.
$100 per hour
(minimum $50 will be charged per setup)
FAQs
– What type of approval is offered for video production? We offer Advanced Prop Approval for videos. No real-time / video call approval is offered for videos.
– What if I don’t opt for any of the above approval services? We’ve completed over 300 remote photoshoots, most of which did not require any of the approval services above. Our Client Experience is engineered to enable us to seamlessly collaborate on the creative direction, establish all details and align on client expectations prior to every shoot.
– Is there a minimum for the hourly Real-Time Approval and Video Call Approval? Yes, a minimum of 1 hour will be billed even if the approval process takes less than one hour.
